Robert A. Saunders, LRT graduated from Penn Valley Community College in Kansas City, Mo. with an Associated Degree in Respiratory Therapy in May of 1971. He then completed a national exam given by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC), in June of 1972, to become a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).

He has worked in most areas of Respiratory Therapy, but has always leaned toward the technical diagnostic aspects of patient care. He was instrumental in the development of the Pulmonary Function Lab at Bronson Methodist Hospital in 1972 has performed Pulmonary Diagnostics almost exclusively for the last 9 years.
