Nancy J. Kalinowski, MD, FACS, started off her career as an RN from the Bronson School of Nursing. She went on to Michigan State University where she obtained her MD in 1986. Dr. Kalinowski completed her general surgery and internal medicine residency through SMAHEC at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids in 1992. She became board certified in 1993 and recertified in 2002. In 1992 Dr. Kalinowski joined G&VS where she performed general surgery. She now specializes in the coordination of breast problems and difficult comprehensive breast surgery cases.
