Dr.
Melissa Davidson completed her Bachelor of Science
in Biology and Psychology at Michigan State University in 1985.
She received her medical degree from Wayne State University
School of Medicine in 1990. Dr. Davidson completed her Residency
in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Wayne State University
/ The Detroit Medical Center in 1994, and remained an additional
year as the Chief Resident. For the past ten years, she has
taught Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Michigan State University
Kalamazoo for Medical Studies, where she has also served as
the Director of Women's Health. Her husband, Scott Davidson,
is a local Trauma and General Surgeon, and they have three children.
While she enjoys all aspects of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine,
She has areas of special interest in Adolescent Medicine and
Women's Health.
Board
Certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
