Dr.
Gregor Blix completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Chemistry at Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois
in 1981. He received his medical degree from the University
of Illinois Medical School in 1985. While at the University
of Illinois Medical School he completed externships at the
Cleveland Clinics Hospital, Sloane-Kettering Institute, and
Kings College Hospital (London, England). He completed his
surgical internship and his urologic residency at the University
of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics in 1990. Upon completion
of his training in 1990, Dr. Blix joined HealthCare Midwest.
Dr.
Blix is certified by the American Board of Urology and
is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
Dr.
Blix, M.D. has published professional articles in Urology
and other journals. He is a member of several medical societies
including the American Medical Association, the Michigan
State Medical Society, the Kalamazoo Academy of Medicine,
and the Western Michigan Urological Association.
