Cheerfulness and dependability are necessary characteristics. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (40 hours per week).

Coding certification (CPC), 3-5 years of coding experience, medical office and billing experience, and familiarization with Microsoft Office are required. Preferred qualifications include familiarization with McKesson and electronic medical records.

Primary responsibilities include: surgical coding and answering coding questions from providers.

HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

The Human Resources department, located at 4341 S. Westnedge Avenue, Suite 2108, Kalamazoo, has an opening for a team-oriented, responsible and personable individual with excellent multi-task and organizational skills. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (40 hours per week); regular set schedule has some flexibility. Travel to other off-site departments is required.

Experience in human resources and recruitment is required. Familiarity with benefits administration, compensation, total rewards, employee relations, HRIS and employment law is preferred. Strong computer proficiency and competence with Microsoft Office is required.

This individual is responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to, assist with recruitment related tasks, including sourcing, resume review, interviewing job applicants by telephone and in person, assist with benefits administration, coordinate new hires, transfers and other employee changes, and handle a variety of administrative functions within the department.

The ability to manage a wide variety and large volume of tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and efficiency is an essential talent for this position.

Perioperative Registered Nurse
AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER

The Ambulatory Surgery Center, located at 125 West Walnut Street, Kalamazoo, is currently looking for a team-oriented Staff RN that is self-motivated and responsible with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Cheerfulness and dependability are necessary characteristics. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday (32 hours per week), with a variable schedule depending on case volume and staffing needs.

Work is performed in a fast paced environment and clinical experience is required. Previous OR experience is preferred. These individuals would be involved with total perioperative care of the surgical patient. ACLS & PALS certification within first year & State of Michigan licensure required.

The Physical Therapy department has an opening for a team-oriented and empathetic individual with excellent diagnostic, communication and customer service skills. The opportunity is part or full-time, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday am or pm. Days and hours are variable based on patient scheduling.

Primary responsibility is providing physical therapy to patients. Michigan State Physical Therapy Licensure is required. Experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Cheerfulness, professionalism and dependability are necessary characteristics.

The Hand Therapy department, located at 601 John Street, Suite M-230, Kalamazoo, is looking for an energetic, organized and dependable individual to provide occupational therapy services to patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions. The position is on-call, variable days and hours.

State of Michigan licensure and degree from an Accredited Occupational Therapy program required. Medical office experience and general computer proficiency are required qualifications.
